Just a few tips:
Only items that can be exchanged:
1. Did not fit (wrong size)
2. Damaged Items (you must submit photo(s) inside the portal) or
3. Wrong/color item was shipped to you.
4. Please securely package items either back in original packaging or new packaging to avoid any damage.
If you've changed your mind or if what you ordered did not meet your expectations. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund and return the item to us via our Return Center.
Bake sale items, digital products, and drinkware are considered final sale items.

If you utilized our VIP CHECKOUT feature at time of checkout, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email after submitting your return/exchange in our Return Center. If you did not utilize the VIP CHECKOUT, returns shipping is your responsibility and a shipping label should be purchased through the returns center or deducted from your final return/exchange amount.
When we have received your item, your refund/exchange will proceed.
It will take up to 7-14 business days to receive your funds.
